You know very little about rugby? Join the (most of America) club. The basics: lots of tough dudes, gouging, fighting, scrums, nutsacks being torn off (it's happened, yes), and more -- and most of the really good teams tend to be from the south Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, etc.) Canada's up in there too, as is Argentina, Wales, Georgia and some others (for the full schedule, consult here).
