Where to Watch the World Series in NYC

A sports championship pitting San Francisco against Dallas that isn't the 49ers-Cowboys? The devil, you say. But it's true! The Rangers are trying to win their franchise's first World Series, and the Giants are trying to win their first since far before Texas was wranglin' them baseballs. The story in this post season has been pitching, pitching, pitching. Little Timmy and Big Cliff spearhead a gang of semi-unknowns who have been absolutely stellar in their latter-rotation performances. The NL also has home field advantage for the first time since 1996 thanks to Brian McCann of the Braves, who the Giants unappreciatively dismissed from the NLCS. While Fox hates this series, it could be one of the more interesting match ups possible.
San Franciscans can get their Giants on at Finnerty's, right next to the Red Sox haven of Professor Thom's. While the bar doesn't offer food, you are welcome to bring in a falafel to have with your choice of surprisingly cheap draft beers.
The Rangers will be watching at Hill Country, among the heavenly smells of ribs and brisket. Seriously, try to see how long you can hold out without getting some grub, I say top of the 4th, tops.
