These days can get a little rough. Red River Rivalry game takes place at noon. You gotta go into this day with a firm sense of pace. Here's our rec:
Noon: Red River Rivalry (Oklahoma vs. Texas in Dallas)
Good spots for atmosphere: Stout / Hill Country / Anywhere in our database (*this should be the featured game at noon at any sports bar worth its taps *)
3:30 p.m.: USC vs. Notre Dame
Good spots for atmosphere: Galway Hooker (for USC fans) / Public House (for ND fans) / anywhere in this database (*again, the featured game -- although Arkansas at Florida will get some TV coverage as well)
6:00 p.m.: Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech
Good spots for atmosphere: Brother Jimmy's in Murray Hill
If you're into it: South Carolina vs. Alabama at 7:45 p.m.
Good spots for atmosphere: Gin Mill (we've been told by one of our people who used to bartend there that it attracts a good number of Gamecock fans -- and the Florida game should be over by this point)

You've got a huge Giants game (vs. Saints) and a must-win Jets game (vs. Bills) at 1pm and 4pm, respectively, so do this -- troll the database here. Any bar will work. Our recommendation? As low-key as possible, especially for NYG/NOR. That game could be a barnburner, and you want some focus.
