Doesn't get love 'cuz it's next-door neighbor is big bad Stout, but it's an underrated place to get a few beers and watch the game. The big bonus here is that of all the bars on that block, FATS will let you (a) drink the cheapest (usually), (b) have conversations with your friends and (c) not be surrounded by old men talking about the Brooklyn Dodgers.
