On a weekday afternoon, Johnny Utah's is packed with suits complaining about the markets. On weekends, doors open at 3pm for people ready to kick back in true Southern style, with drink specials and audio on their three 15-foot screens. Bonus: by the time the sun goes down, it seems highly likely that someone will be humiliating themselves on that bull. How's that for a photo finish?
