Where We Watch says: While it wasn't called Phebe's, this structure has been sitting on the Bowery for well over 100 years. Hosting Red Sox and Bengals fans, the eclectic mix of people and large standing area makes this a fantastic place to take in a playoff game. Combine that with above average bar food and a great beer selection and you have yourself a mainstay.
