Where We Watch says: Rattle N' Hum is a fairly popular after-work spot. We once heard one of the more accurate descriptions of the venue from a drunk Norwegian guy standing outside. "Good beer bar here," he slurred. "Best beer bar in New York." Is that true? It's possible. It's up there, and it's lesser-known than some other famed NYC beer spots. They got over 60 on draft and offer some in the three-dollar range on big game days. Most of the time, one TV is permanently tuned to that random channel that shows you pro surfing and models strutting down catwalks, but for big game days, it's all TVs and audio (assuming no one lunching objects). Check it out, but please -- be cognizant of the alcohol-by-volume for each beer listed on the menu. You don't wanna be that Norwegian guy as the game is winding down.
