There are a lot of bars in New York City that claim to be Boston bars. None of them hold a candle to the Hairy Monk. Surrounded by old newspapers, Boston paraphernalia and some wikked accents, this is the bar for Beantown natives in New York. As long as a Boston game is not on, they have six TVs which they'll happily change and put on audio. If that's not your scene, maybe you'll be swayed by the all day irish breakfast, tasty bar menu, 19 beers on tap and bartenders...Just keep your A-Rod jersey at home.
