Village Pourhouse - Upper West Side

There are two "Village Pour Houses:" in the East Village and the Upper West Side. Both are perennial favorites for watching sports, as they offer all the major sports packages and are the homes to some of your favorite sports teams (including the Blue Devils, Kansas Jayhawks, Va Tech Hokies and our favorite Georgetown Hoyas). Both locations offer awesome daily drink specials and customized drink specials/happy hours/open bars for big sporting events. If you go to the uptown location, a group called Black Oak Nights sponsors game watches there. Thursdays are trivia and beer pong nights, and an assortment of specialty shots are only $5 between 10pm and midnight, including something called "a Skittle Bomb." No idea. Regardless, check it out. They're also playing audio -- always a plus.
